I have been using Candid B cream and coconut oil, which has helped about 80percent of the problem. However, looking for a permanent solution, I have now started taking Fusys 150. Earlier, I used Four Derm cream, which was causing adverse effects. Please suggest if I am on the right medicine. All my blood test reports are absolutely normal.

Fusys 150 (fluconazole) is effective for fungal infections, but long term use should be monitored. If blood tests are normal, continue under medical advice. Please take a Liver Function Test (LFT) to ensure continued safety with antifungals.

Hello doc, I am 33 weeks pregnant and as per my kidney and liver function test report, a few things are out of range. Please suggest. Liver and Kidney Panel, Serum report: AST (SGOT) 258.0 U/L ref: less than 35.00, ALT (SGPT) 592.0 U/L ref: less than 35.00, GGTP 55.0 U/L ref: less than 38.00, Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) 151.0 U/L ref: 30.00 to 120.00.
