Question

I have done a lipid profile test and the results are total cholesterol 200, HDL 45, LDL 130, VLDL 25, and triglycerides 125. Are these normal? I recently recovered from COVID, I tested positive on October 6, and now I am okay. Are these reports normal or can recovery from COVID affect the results of the lipid profile?

Lipid values are borderline, but not alarming. COVID may cause transient shifts. Repeat Lipid Profile and HbA1c after 3 months for confirmation.

Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...

Take a LIPID PROFILE Test or Take a HBA1C (GLYCATED HEMOGLOBIN) Test
