I have done a semen analysis. I am unmarried and 27 years old. In the report my sperm count is 80 million per ml, pH 7.7 alkaline, actively motile 60 percent, sluggish 20 percent, non motile 20 percent, normal forms 80 percent and abnormal forms 20 percent. Pus cells are 18 to 20 per hpf and epithelial cells are 1 to 2 per hpf. Could you please give information about my report?

Most parameters in your semen report like count, motility, and morphology are within normal range. However, pus cells are elevated, which may indicate an infection or inflammation. It is advisable to consult a doctor for further evaluation and possible urine or semen culture.

My recent blood test results show a random blood sugar of 114 mg/dL, ESR of 41 mm/hr, creatinine of 0.6 mg/dL, absolute eosinophil count of 518, and uric acid of 5.7 mg/dL. I would like to know if these values are normal, and whether my creatinine level is considered normal or low. Please advise.

I am 22 years old and have been experiencing chest pain on the left side. I recently had a blood test, and the report shows an elevated WBC count of 12,440 and neutrophils at 77. All other parameters are within the normal range. Could this be a sign of blood cancer, or is it related to some other infection or condition?
