I have done a semen analysis. I am unmarried and 27 years old. In the report my sperm count is 80 million per ml, pH 7.7 alkaline, actively motile 60 percent, sluggish 20 percent, non motile 20 percent, normal forms 80 percent and abnormal forms 20 percent. Pus cells are 18 to 20 per hpf and epithelial cells are 1 to 2 per hpf. Could you please give information about my report?

I have attached my husband blood test report. Some of the values are: MCH 35.2 pg, lymphocytes 46.5 percent, eosinophils 6.4 percent, and RDW SD 49.5 fL.
