I have done a semen analysis. I am unmarried and 27 years old. In the report my sperm count is 80 million per ml, pH 7.7 alkaline, actively motile 60 percent, sluggish 20 percent, non motile 20 percent, normal forms 80 percent and abnormal forms 20 percent. Pus cells are 18 to 20 per hpf and epithelial cells are 1 to 2 per hpf. Could you please give information about my report?

I am experiencing pain in both hands, which sometimes becomes unbearable. The pain extends from my arms to my fingers and even my palms. My report shows endometrial thickness of 14 mm with passing of clots and heavy bleeding. I have been diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia. Please advise.
