Question

I have gallstones and everyone keeps telling me I need to get my gallbladder removed through surgery. But I'm wondering can't they just take out the stones like they do with kidney stones? Why does the whole gallbladder have to go?

While kidney stones can sometimes be treated non-surgically or by breaking them up, the same approach for gallstones is less common and often not recommended. Gallstones in the gallbladder are generally removed with the gallbladder during a cholecystectomy

Hey, so I've started noticing this strange thing where I can actually see my stomach pulsing, mostly when I'm lying down and my belly is flat, but not so much when I'm sitting.
