I have gas problems in my abdomen and soft stool or constipation, especially when I consume milk, apples, or whole grains, which increases the gas issue. Two days ago, I did a whole body check, and all test reports are normal. A few months ago, I had a parasite problem and took Albendazole for seven weeks. My body weight is 48 kg, and my height is 5.3 feet. I also feel fatigue and body pain when I wake up in the morning.

Symptoms suggest IBS or lactose intolerance. Avoid milk, try a FODMAP lite diet. Consider stool microscopy to rule out chronic parasites.

View allI have been experiencing loss of appetite for the past 4 weeks, along with bloating and a feeling of tightness while passing stools. I have been taking digestive enzymes and antacids, but my hunger has not improved. My blood sugar levels are increasing, and it seems food takes a long time to digest. I also feel tightness in my chest, but there is no pain or fever. Should I be concerned, and what screening tests should I get to rule out any serious illness?
