I have had a fever for the last two weeks. I checked with a doctor and he said it is fluctuating fever and all my blood reports are normal. But it is still the same and I am feeling pain in my body like a bee bite?

Chronic low grade fever with normal blood reports may indicate a viral or autoimmune cause. Painful periods with digestive symptoms could suggest endometriosis. Multispecialty consult physician or gynecologist is advised.
