I have had a fever for more than 24 hours along with a runny nose. After taking paracetamol, the fever went down, but it returned this morning. I am attaching my blood test report for your reference.

Recurrent fever with cold symptoms may suggest viral infection. Monitor for 2 to 3 more days. If persistent, repeat CBC and consider COVID/flu test.
