I have had joint pain in all joints for the past 2 years. All my blood tests are normal, and the painkillers did not work. No doctor has been able to help me with this. I do not have rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, high uric acid, or any issues in hemoglobin or urine tests.

If you have had joint pain for 2 years and all standard blood tests (RA, uric acid, HB, urine) are normal, it may be a case of seronegative arthritis, fibromyalgia, or a chronic autoimmune condition. These dont always show up in basic tests. Painkillers wont work until the real cause is found. You should consult a rheumatologist, who may order Anti CCP, ANA, CRP, Vitamin D, and HLA B27 to rule out deeper causes.

I have had two miscarriages, one at 14 weeks and another at 12 weeks. My doctor advised me to do some tests, including APLAS, ELISA, EIA, IgM, and IgG. I have received my reports, but I am not sure how to read them. Please help me understand whether my reports are negative or positive.

I suffered from viral fever one month ago. After 2 to 3 days I got red rashes all over my body. Dengue and Chikungunya tests were negative. Now, since one month I am suffering from acute joint pain. My blood report for ANA is strongly positive. Please suggest?
