I have had a really bad sore throat for a month now. I have gone to urgent care twice and the results for strep tonsillitis and mono all came back negative. I was given a steroid drink at urgent care and antibiotics but it is still getting worse. Both my tonsils are swollen but one side is much worse. I also have white and yellow spots on them and it almost looks like a sore is starting to grow. The only other possible symptoms are pain in the upper left side of my stomach and really bad acid reflux.

I have been experiencing extreme weakness and fatigue. This started after I had a cough and lung infection in January due to dust. The cough reduced within a week, and everything seemed normal.
