I have had a really bad sore throat for a month now. I have gone to urgent care twice and the results for strep tonsillitis and mono all came back negative. I was given a steroid drink at urgent care and antibiotics but it is still getting worse. Both my tonsils are swollen but one side is much worse. I also have white and yellow spots on them and it almost looks like a sore is starting to grow. The only other possible symptoms are pain in the upper left side of my stomach and really bad acid reflux.

My wife has been experiencing shortness of breath for the last four days along with nausea, vomiting, constipation, headache, nervousness, and anxiety.
