Hello Doctor, My baby is 11 months old and had a fever for the past week. We consulted a doctor and she took Amoxycillin for 5 days. For the last three days, there was no fever, but she still had cough and cold. Now the fever has returned with a temperature of 99F. For cold we are using Moticope drops, and for cough, Korafast drops. We did a blood test, and the results are normal. I am very worried about why the fever has returned. I am experiencing pain in both hands, which sometimes becomes unbearable. The pain extends from my arms to my fingers and even my palms. According to my blood tests, I do not have any infection or fever (dengue, etc.). I do not understand the reason for this pain. My hands feel very weak, and I am unable to lift or hold any weight. The pain lasts throughout the day and night, but occasionally it becomes extremely severe. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I have just received my CBC report. I would like to know which specific counts or parameters in the CBC indicate a weakened immune system, as there are many values listed and I am unsure which ones are important.

Low WBC count (especially neutrophils and lymphocytes) may indicate weak immunity. If any counts are significantly low, follow up with a doctor is needed.
