Azoospermia may be obstructive or non obstructive. Some types are treatable. Need hormone tests and scrotal scan. Consult a fertility specialist.

Although my periods are regular, my cycle length varies between 35 to 40 days. I would like to understand my chances of conceiving naturally or through IUI given these findings, and whether laparoscopic surgery is mandatory to improve my fertility outcomes.
