I have not had my periods since 20th February, despite having normal blood reports and other test results. Lately, I am experiencing a lot of pelvic/abdominal pain. This is not due to pregnancy.

If pregnancy is excluded, amenorrhea (absence of menses) beyond 3 months requires full hormonal workup. Causes include PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, high prolactin, or ovarian failure.

View allI have attached my recent medical report for your reference. I am currently taking Divery 10 mg tablets, prescribed to help induce my periods, and today is the last (5th) day of the course. However, I still have not gotten my period. Along with this, I am experiencing several other symptoms including full body pain, hair fall, mood swings, irritability, lack of focus, weakness, morning dizziness (especially on days I do not exercise), and muscle pain throughout the day.

I want to conceive. My report says both ovaries are bulky in volume with a PCO pattern, and there are multiple small follicles seen with central echogenic parenchyma. The right ovary volume is 23 ml, and the left is 13 ml. Can I get pregnant or not, and is this a serious issue?
