Question
I have pain in my body from neck to hip joints and shoulders after sitting a few minutes, and sometimes I also get headaches. I underwent treatment and my blood report shows abnormal results: total WBC count is 12,700 cells per cumm, ESR is 52 mm per h, and RA factor is 4.8 IU per ml. My doctor prescribed medicine without explaining the report. Can anyone please explain my report? Is there anything serious in my blood report? Are these symptoms of cancer? Please answer and suggest what is better for me.

These findings suggest possible early inflammatory arthritis, not cancer. WBC and ESR can rise with infections or inflammation. See a rheumatologist for further evaluation.
