I have pain in the upper abdomen after eating meals along with vomiting sensation and stomach burning. In my blood report random blood sugar is 84 mg/dl. What does it mean?

These symptoms suggest gastritis or acid reflux. Blood sugar is normal. Try antacids and avoid spicy meals. If no relief, do the required upper GI endoscopy.
