Question
I have PCOS and only my left fallopian tube is open while the right one is blocked. My doctor prescribed medication for fertilization but also suggested laparoscopic surgery. Is the surgery really necessary or are there other ways to clear the blocked tube? Can I still get pregnant with just one open tube?
