I have spondylosis and total body joint pain, including left leg muscle pain, hands, legs, feet, hips, ribs, and overall bone pain. One month ago I had dengue fever. Are these symptoms related to dengue? My fever is completely gone and my platelets and blood report are now normal. Please suggest which doctor I should consult now a spine surgeon or another specialist?

Post viral body pain is common after dengue, but if pain is widespread and persistent: Consult a rheumatologist to rule out viral arthritis or inflammatory issues. Avoid overexertion and drink fluids. A follow up CBC and CRP may help evaluate lingering inflammation.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a RA Factor Test (Rheumatoid Factor) Test

Hi. My mother has been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis. We have been visiting a nearby doctor every month, but the condition seems to be the same. We are taking ESR and CRP tests in her blood report every month. According to the doctor, this will take time to improve, but it has been almost eight months, and we have not seen any improvement. Kindly help or suggest on this? Thanks in advance.
