I have taken multiple antibiotics, and later my urine report showed normal results. However, I still feel like the infection is present. Today, I did another urine routine test and have attached the report. Kindly review it and advise further.

Chronic UTI like symptoms despite normal urine reports may be due to resistant bacteria or inflammation. A urine culture will help identify the exact organism if present. Drink lots of fluids, and avoid self-medication with antibiotics. If reports continue to show normal but symptoms persist, further evaluation like ultrasound or cystoscopy may help.

My father blood test showed a creatinine level of 9 and potassium level of 7.56, so the doctor advised immediate dialysis. He has undergone two dialysis sessions so far, one the day before yesterday and one today. The ultrasound report shows that both kidneys are normal in size and there are no stones. However, the urine report indicates elevated RBCs and pus cells. Now, the doctor is recommending a kidney biopsy. I would like to understand what the next steps should be and whether the biopsy is necessary at this stage.
