I have very low thyroid levels as per my recent report, but I am currently not taking any medication for it. I also have diabetes and high blood pressure. Could you please suggest appropriate treatment or medicines for my thyroid condition?

If thyroid is low (likely TSH high), it needs treatment. Uncontrolled thyroid, diabetes, and BP can worsen each other. Please consult an endocrinologist for personalized treatment.

The latest thyroid test report shows T3 91.05 ng/dl, T4 10.20 microgram/dl, and TSH 0.950 microIU/ml. She was taking 125 mg Thyronorm tablets until the latest test report on 8th September. The tablet was initially recommended when TSH was 7.17 microIU/ml. Since the levels are now normal, can the medication be stopped or should the dose be reduced?

I recently had the following test results Anti TPO: 110 TSH: 6.80 Total T3: 114 Total T4: 8.4 HbA1c: 6.2 Total cholesterol: 229 Average heart rate: 70 to 86 (from pedometer band) Lipoprotein: 9.86 High sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP): 14.86 Previously, my CRP test before vaccination was non reactive. I received my first vaccine dose in August, after which a lymph node near my right breast swelled, which has now reduced by 70 percent. My second dose was on November 18, and the above test was done yesterday. Until last year, my cholesterol and sugar levels were normal, but they became borderline with my thyroid issues and have not improved. Am I at any risk due to these results, and what steps should I take to manage them?
