I received my blood test report for a free thyroid test. My FT3 and FT4 levels are normal, but my TSH is 10 microIU/mL. What does this mean?

A TSH level of 10 with normal FT3/FT4 suggests subclinical hypothyroidism. This can lead to fatigue, weight gain, or fertility issues. Regular monitoring is advised, and treatment may be needed depending on symptoms or pregnancy plans. Please consult your doctor.

Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test or Take a THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES (ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODIES) Test

View allHi, it has been two months since I gave birth to a baby girl. During my pregnancy, I had thyroid issues. One month after delivery, I took a thyroid test, and the result was normal, so I stopped taking the tablets. I want to know whether I need to continue the tablets or take the thyroid test again to confirm if it is still normal. Is it also necessary to test my baby thyroid? I am attaching my thyroid result.
