Hi Doctor. I am a 41 year old male. My abdominal ultrasound report shows that the liver is average in size, measuring about 16.1 cm in the right midclavicular line with a smooth outline. It has normal homogeneous echogenicity with smooth echotexture. There is an ill defined heterogeneous lesion in segment IVb V measuring about 1.7 by 2.4 cm with minimal surrounding vascularity. The portal vein is average in calibre with normal colour flow. Can you explain the cause and how dangerous this condition is.

Globulin: 3.7 gm/dL
A/G ratio: 0.93
SGOT: 56.8 IU/L
SGPT: 51.2 IU/L
Can someone tell me if these values indicate a minor or major risk to my health?

SGPT (ALT): 69 U/L
Direct Bilirubin: 0.31 mg/dL
Total Protein: 8.3 g/dL
Could you please advise what these values indicate and whether any follow up is needed?

I recently did my liver test, and my report shows AST/SGOT as 62 and ALT/SGPT as 122. Is this serious? Kindly advise.
