I recently had a blood test for Typhidot IgM, and the result came back reactive, but I never experienced fever or other typical typhoid symptoms. I have started taking medicines, but now I feel weak and dizzy. Could you please explain what a reactive Typhidot IgM result means? Does it definitely mean I have typhoid? What should I do next?

False positives can occur. If no clinical signs, it may not be typhoid. Weakness post viral or after antibiotics is common.

View allI recently had fever and body pains that did not improve with Dolo and antibiotics, so I visited a doctor for a check up. During this, I found that my hemoglobin has dropped significantly, it was 12.4 six months ago. I am unsure of the reason for this drop and would like to know if my current report is normal.
