I recently had a blood test for Typhidot IgM, and the result came back reactive, but I never experienced fever or other typical typhoid symptoms. I have started taking medicines, but now I feel weak and dizzy. Could you please explain what a reactive Typhidot IgM result means? Does it definitely mean I have typhoid? What should I do next?

False positives can occur. If no clinical signs, it may not be typhoid. Weakness post viral or after antibiotics is common.
