I recently had blood tests taken on day 3 of my period. The doctor mentioned an initial stage of a cyst or fibroid. I have regular periods. My TSH level is 5.970. I also underwent an HSG test. I have been reading online that PCOS can affect fertility. I have been married for a year and we are planning to have a baby. I am scared and want to know: Will I be able to get pregnant? Are fibroids or cysts permanent, and can they be treated? I want to get pregnant and would appreciate guidance on my situation.

Early fibroids/cysts and mild hypothyroidism can affect fertility. Both are treatable. Consult gynecologist and start thyroid treatment.

View allToday was my day 6. I had a baseline follicular study. The report mentions that the right ovary has 18 follicles and the left ovary has 15 follicles. The largest follicle in the right ovary is 15 mm. It also mentions a nabothian cyst at the cervix. What does this mean. Is it PCOD or PCOS or is my report normal?

I am trying to get pregnant and had intercourse twice during my ovulation period. My period is now 7 days late, but my home pregnancy test is negative, and my blood test shows an hCG level less than 2. I am unsure why my period is delayed. Should I wait for one more week before visiting a doctor, or should I see a doctor now?

I did my USG and I have no child. Can you tell me what problems are in my report and what treatment is required? Is anything serious? My ovary is enlarged. How long will it take to be alright? Regards, Usha.
