I recently had a T3, T4, and TSH test. I am currently taking 25 mcg of Thyronorm daily. My test results are: T3: 0.860 ng/mL T4: 5.19 microg/dL TSH (Ultra): 6.41 microIU/mL Please advise what dosage of thyroid medication I should continue with.

TSH is still high, indicating under replacement. Likely need 37.5 to 50 mcg. Confirm with repeat thyroid profile after 6 weeks.
