I recovered from COVID in May (tested negative around 13 May; I was infected around 20 April). After consulting a doctor and taking medicines, I recovered. In June, I had a chest X ray, and everything was normal. The issue is that, every one to two weeks, I sometimes feel body weakness for a day, and at night my heartbeat becomes a bit fast (on oximeter, it ranges between 69 to 93). I also have trouble sleeping. Please suggest what could be causing this and how I can recover faster.

SpO2 of 69 is abnormal, needs immediate review. Could be post COVID dysautonomia or underlying lung/heart issue. Needs PFT, ECG/ECHO. Also review thyroid and anxiety.

The test was done according to CLIA. Should there be any change in the dose of thyroxine?

The latest thyroid test report shows T3 91.05 ng/dl, T4 10.20 microgram/dl, and TSH 0.950 microIU/ml. She was taking 125 mg Thyronorm tablets until the latest test report on 8th September. The tablet was initially recommended when TSH was 7.17 microIU/ml. Since the levels are now normal, can the medication be stopped or should the dose be reduced?
