These are common post COVID symptoms. Rest, good hydration, and nutrition help. Swelling on one side of the face should be checked by your doctor to rule out sinus or nerve related issues.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

I tested positive for COVID 19 on 6th May and started the prescribed medications. My blood reports on 11th May showed CRP 12 mg per L and D Dimer 1.730 mg per L. I began steroids (Medrol) in a tapering dose schedule, and my 16th May report showed CRP 1.62 mg per L and D Dimer 0.04 mg per L. I am currently on the second dose of steroids and have no symptoms. I am continuing the steroid course and would like advice on how to safely boost my immunity.
