Question

I was diagnosed with COVID on 25th Feb, and my CT scan showed about 30-40% lung involvement. I stayed in the hospital for 5 days and was discharged once my vitals were normal. After 28 days of treatment, my X-ray looked completely fine. My oxygen saturation (spO2) has been around 95-98% during these 28 days, but I've become really worried about developing fibrosis after reading stuff online, so I've been checking my spO2 around 20 times a day. My doctor said everything is okay after the X-ray. Also, my 6-minute walk test shows spO2 levels around 97-98. Should I stop checking my spO2 so often? If not, how long should I continue measuring it? I'm really scared, but I haven't had any fevers. Could you guide me, please?
