I was diagnosed with hydrosalpinx in my right tube and got two different opinions one doctor recommends laparoscopic surgery with tube clipping while another suggests removing the tube completely. I'm not sure which option is better for me and what the pros and cons are of each approach. Could you help explain the differences?
