Question
I was diagnosed with a medial meniscus tear on an MRI about a month and a half ago and still can't bend my knee fully. It hurts when I stand or walk is there a chance it could heal without surgery? What should I do to stay safe and help it recover?

Medial meniscus tear may heal with physiotherapy and rest if small;surgery is needed for mechanical symptoms or persistent movement limitations.
