Question

I was diagnosed with TB back in May 2019, finished treatment by March, but I've been feeling breathless again. The CT showed scars and calcification, and now, a year later, these issues have come back. Could this mean I'm developing Pulmonary Fibrosis?

I'm having some trouble with my breathing that's been going on for about 10-12 days. I'm constantly feeling the need to take deep breaths, yet exercising like jogging or using stairs doesnt seem to be a problem. I've been dealing with some health issues for a while now, and I'm really concerned. So, I had a fever for nearly two weeks starting around mid-April, and the highest it got was 103.5 degrees. It seemed like COVID since I had symptoms like loss of taste and smell, shortness of breath, weakness, and a persistent headache, but my COVID tests came back negative. I ended up in the hospital for a day and a half, and after getting some treatment, my fever went away. But I still can't catch a deep breath; I get winded easily, even with minimal activity. It's been about a month since I was discharged from the hospital, and this issue hasn't improved. What kind of doctor should I see, and what steps can I take to address this? I'm really looking for some guidance on what might be going on.
