I have neither got my period nor is my pregnancy test positive. Can you suggest the possible cause? Does Susten 400 delay periods, or could I still be pregnant?

Hi Doctor, I am writing on behalf of my wife. We are trying to conceive. Her last period started on 13th August, and her next period is due on 13th Sept. We went ahead and did an hCG blood test, and the result came back as 92. We also tried a urine pregnancy test, which showed a faint positive line. Does this mean she is pregnant? Hi, I have missed my period for 6 days. When I checked with an HPT, it was positive, and the test line is much darker than the control line. I am having mild pain and a sensation on one side of my abdomen. Is this normal? The pain is very mild, but I am worried if this could be a serious issue?
