I went for an early scan because I was having spotting on and off. The report is not good and the doctor said the USG report is not favorable and the pregnancy may not be successful. Please advise me. I have attached the picture. What should I do and what exactly does it mean?

The early scan may not give full clarity right away. Sometimes spotting happens and the pregnancy still progresses normally while in some cases it indicates threatened abortion. Do consult an obstetrician. A repeat scan after a few days helps us understand better.
