If urine test report and pus cells are occasional, is there a need to take a tablet just like Martifur 100 mg?

Occasional pus cells without symptoms do not need antibiotics. Treat only if symptoms develop. Urine culture is the required test before any antibiotic.

Should we be concerned about the albumin in urine, and is it likely due to infection or kidney damage?
