I'm 22 and recently had an allergy test done with an IGE result of 360. I'm curious and a bit worried if taking 500 mg of paracetamol can cause me to have hives or urticaria. Can you please help me understand this?

I'm having this recurring issue where every time I sleep, whether it's night or just an afternoon nap, I wake up and immediately start sneezing. This sneezing goes on for about 12 hours, and sometimes it even turns into a full-blown cold that lasts for a day. I'm curious and a bit worriedwhy does this keep happening? I've been dealing with really high IGE levels, around 472, and the antihistamines I've tried only help a bit with my allergy symptoms, but they don't seem to get rid of them completely. I got an allergy test done and found out I'm allergic to dust mites, tomato, egg, fish, ginger, and a bunch of other things. I do my best to avoid these, but I've also got eczema on a few fingers, which started after using a rubber padded mouse too much. It's super stubborn and won't go away. Recently, I've noticed my eyes get really red and itchy, especially over the past couple of weeks, making it hard to see at night while driving. Do you think homeopathy might help with any of this?
