I'm 60 but active and healthy with no diabetes or BP issues. Had an accident 6 months ago complete MCL tear, partial PCL tear, and horizontal meniscus tear. Doctors are split on whether I should get reconstruction, augmentation, and meniscus repair surgery because of my age. Is arthroscopy or keyhole surgery worth it at this stage?
