I'm having some concerns and need advice. Yesterday morning, I took an ascazin tab and since then I've been feeling bloated or like my belly is full even without eating. Could it be the ascazin tab causing this, or maybe it's related to the MMR vaccine? Later in the evening on the same day, I also started experiencing shortness of breath and feeling lightheaded. I'm really worried because I have no fever, cough, or cold. Can you help figure out what's going on with my stomach?

I've been dealing with some breathing issues and chest tightness over the past couple of weeks, especially after eating. It's like I need to yawn just to feel like I get a full breath sometimes, and there's also a little bit of chest pain here and there. My thyroid's fine, and I've never had asthma. Two years ago, I had the same kind of problems and saw a doctor who thought it was anxiety and gastritis. He gave me antacids, and that cleared it up back then. Could this really just be the same thing happening again? Any advice would be great.

I'm a bit worried about my latest blood test results. My total bilirubin came back as 1.7. Is that considered high? Also, my SGPT and SGOT are both 20. Do these numbers mean I might have jaundice? I'm just trying to understand what's going on with my health.
