I'm a bit confused about the differences between Albendazole and Mebendazole. Is it safe to take them both at the same time, or should they be taken separately? I'm just trying to make sure I do this right. What would you advise?

I'm really concerned because I had the first symptoms of COVID back on May 7th, and while I had mild symptoms like occasional moderate fevers and a cough for over 10 days, I've mostly recovered now. However, I still get a mild cough and sometimes my temperature goes up to around 99 degrees, but it happens only once every three days or so, usually at night and it's better by morning. Is this something I should be worried about? Sometimes thinking about it reminds me of long COVID and all the scary stories I've heard about people having serious issues even months later. I have a history of cardiophobia which was under control until I got COVID, and now those anxious thoughts about heart attacks and strokes are creeping back again. Could this be related or should I just brush it off?

donot worry , if there are any other comorbidites then you should worry

I'm dealing with a really bad chest block and cough, and I just can't shake this cold. It's been three days now, and I haven't been able to sleep at all. I really need some quick relief so I can breathe easier and finally get a good night's rest. What can I do to feel better?

take steam inhalation and use otrivin

Can I drink milk that's been pasteurized and homogenized without boiling it first? Also, during the summer, is it safe to consume packaged milk directly without boiling? I'm a bit unsure about this and would really appreciate your advice.

Yes you can have it no problem
