I'm a bit worried because I've noticed pimples popping up on my palms, belly, chest, and feet. I've been feeling a little feverish and weak since yesterday morning. Could you tell me how serious this might be?

I've been dealing with a persistent Tinea infection on different parts of my body like the inner thighs, groin, belt area, and armpits for nearly 45 months now. I tried a treatment course for a month, taking Tab Prugo 10 once daily, Cap Canditral 100 once a day, and using Ointment Propyzole at night and Ointment Sebifin during the day.
