I'm a COPD patient and I've been dealing with it for about 5 years now. I'm really interested in taking a vocal music class and I'm wondering if singing is off-limits for someone with COPD. Could I still join the class or would that be risky?

I'm getting really concerned about my health. Last August, after losing a lot of weight, I tested positive for TB Gold. I tried Ayurvedic treatment and it seemed to help because by 2021 my results were negative. But now, I'm losing weight again and my tests are showing positive for tuberculosis. I'm feeling a bit unsure about my diagnosis and the treatment I've been prescribed. I've been told I have ILD and IPF, specifically idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis Stage I, and my doctor has suggested taking Acetylcysteine 600 mg effervescent tablets for the IPF. Do you think this is the right approach? Could it really help with the phlegm I'm experiencing in my nose and throat? Just wanting to make sure I'm on the right track here.
