Question

I'm dealing with constant giddiness but my BP seems fine. I've also been having neck muscle pain. Could my dizziness be linked to my neck issues?

it can be due to Cervical vertigo Also known as cervicogenic dizziness, this condition can be caused by inflammation, joint issues, or trauma. Other symptoms include vision issues, nausea, and lack of coordination. Poor posture, such as "text neck", can also contribute to cervical vertigo. Neck muscle spasms Strong neck muscle contractions can cause dizziness, balance issues, vision changes, and fatigue. Cervical disc herniation When a disc in the neck herniates, the gel inside can irritate a nearby nerve, causing pain in the neck, head, upper back, or arm. Other symptoms include weakness, numbness, and tingling. Stress and anxiety Less common symptoms of anxiety include neck pain, dizziness, or light-headedness. Low blood sugar so consult general physician A sharp drop in blood sugar can cause dizziness, especially when waking up
