Question

I'm dealing with some really dry skin issues and I've got this visible white spot in a sensitive area. It's painful between my thighs and around my genital area. I'm worried it might be some kind of fungal infection or maybe scabies. Can I use Vaseline petroleum jelly to help with the dryness, or could that make things worse? I'm just not sure what the best thing to do is.
