I'm from Dibrugarh and think I might have a short frenulum. I can retract my foreskin but it doesn't feel quite normal. Sex isn't painful or anything, but after reading up online, I'm wondering if frenuloplasty could make things more comfortable. Should I consider surgery or is it fine as long as it's not causing issues?
