I'm experiencing dizziness whenever I sit in one place for around 10 minutes or so. When I stand up, my head starts spinning, but it goes away after a little while. I recently had my blood pressure checked and it was normal. Can you help me understand why this is happening?

I'm dealing with some pretty uncomfortable symptoms and could really use some insight. I've got this pain around my left shoulder blade that shoots down my arm, all the way to my fingers, and it's causing some tingling and numbness in my hand. It's also affecting my biceps and triceps. I'm getting frequent pain above my left eye, which spreads to the left side of my head, and it's really bothering me. The only thing that seems to help is sleeping. It tends to happen for any reason, but I particularly notice it if I've slept too much or spent a long time outside on a hot day. I used to have more headaches when I was younger, like till around 14, but they stopped and now it's happening again. The pain is usually mild when I wake up, but by night, it's unbearable. I'm curious what's going on here and what I should do?
