I'm feeling really uncomfortable with my chest. I've got this back pain, and it feels like there's tightness there too. Initially, it was on the right side, lower down, but now I feel it on the left side, just above my stomach. It's not exactly painful, more like a feeling of tightness. I've also been having some heartburn. Should I be concerned about this, and what might it be?

So I've been having this cough for the last couple of days and it's making my heart race and flutter, even when I'm trying to sleep. I got some tests done like an ECG, echo, and chest X-ray back in March. Should I be doing all those tests again? Every time I cough, it feels like my heart is either trying to jump out or like it's getting all tight, and it's really freaking me out. I'm wondering if it's normal to have a bit of water in the lungs and a dry cough three months after undergoing angioplasty for coronary artery disease. Could it actually take the heart around six months to fully recover after getting a stent placed? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
