I'm really worried about my mom. She's been taking Niftas 100 mg tablets for her urinary tract infection, and even though she doesn't have any pain in her abdomen, the pain still hasn't gone away after finishing the medicine. Her doctor told her to keep taking the tablets for another two months, but every time she takes them, she gets a really bad fever. Does this sound like a normal side effect of the medicine? And is there more we can do besides drinking 3 liters of water every day like the doctor suggested? Any advice would be great because we're a bit confused about what's happening.
