I'm on levocetirizine at night, and it's making me feel drowsy and weak throughout the day. Is this a normal side effect I should be worried about? My doctor prescribed it, but I'm curious if this is typical.

I'm really struggling with this persistent urticaria issue I've had for a few years. The doctor prescribed me Tab.FM 24 to take every night, but I never ended up using it. Do you think I should start taking the tablet again if my IGE level turns out to be high? And what are the symptoms of having a high IGE level?
