It is hypotension,low BP..U can have 2 glasss of orange juices, plenty of fluids .. if still bp on the lower side 2-3 glasses of fluida mixed with ors is advised, recheck BP.

I'm having trouble sleeping for the past few days. I keep waking up in the middle of the night because I can feel my abdomen pulsating and my heart racing. It's making me really anxious.
