I'm really worried about my skin. It's got heavy pigmentation with dark spots and pimples, and it just looks dull and awful, especially when I've been out in the sun. For fungal infection and itching in private body parts, you can use an antifungal cream containing clotrimazole or miconazole. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent further irritation. For heavy pigmentation, dark spots, and pimples, you can use a combination of topical treatments such as hydroquinone cream for pigmentation, benzoyl peroxide for pimples, and retinoid cream for dark spots. For tanned and dull skin, you can use a sunscreen with high SPF during the day and a skin brightening cream containing ingredients like vitamin C or niacinamide at night.
