I've been having this burning pain in my upper stomach since yesterday. It's really uncomfortable and I'm not sure what's causing it. Do you have any advice on what I should do to get relief?

I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me quite worried. I recently dealt with a lower respiratory infection which is now better, but I've been having these digestion issues since. After I eat, it feels like there's gas building up in my chest. It's strange because there's no pain, just a lot of discomfort. Lately, I've been feeling this tightness or gas build-up in my throat area, or maybe it's the food pipe, again without any pain but really uncomfortable. This tightness is mostly around the lower throat, and sometimes I feel it behind my sternum. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do about it?

I'm dealing with erosive gastritis and a lot of acidity, and my doctor suggested I try drinking limestone edible. They told me to dissolve 1mg of chuna in a liter of water, wait for it to settle, and then drink the clear water throughout the day. I'm curious about what benefits this might have. Are there any contradictions I should be aware of? Could this lead to stone formation? And how long should I be doing this for?
