Question

I'm really worried because I've been getting these deep cuts all over my feet and palms, and it's just so painful. It's strange because it's not happening anywhere else on my body. It's gotten so bad that I can't even work or let water touch them without feeling intense pain. I've seen about 3 or 4 skin doctors so far, but nothing seems to help. Can you please give me some advice or suggestions?
