I'm trying to decide between Opexa gel and Mederma for scar removal and I'm wondering which one works better. Can you also recommend a good cream specifically for acne scars?

I've been having this issue with recurring boils on my legs that seems to come and go. They always start as these tender red spots, and then they get hard and firm. Eventually, they become these abscesses filled with pus. This has been happening for about a year now. I've seen a physician for it and tried some antibiotics, but I'm still struggling with this. I've just recently noticed these vertical light pink lines on the nail plate of my middle finger on the left handabout 1mm wide. When I look closely, they seem to be on all my nails. If I press down on them, the lines disappear. Is this something normal, or could it be serious since I've never noticed it before? I'm worried it might be melanoma based on what I've read online. The growing white part of the nails seems shaded because of these lines, and as they grow, they stay the same shaded color. I tried cutting the nail a bit deeper and noticed the band isn't on the skin, just the nail plate. Do you have any idea what this could be? Is it an infection or something I should be concerned about? I did a full medical check-up about five months ago, and everything came back normal.
